Return and Refund Policy
Introduction
Thank you for shopping at Next Choice Advisors. We understand that there may be times when you are unsatisfied with your purchases, whether they are tangible items or digital services. We're here to help ensure that your experience meets your expectations.
Returns
Physical Products
Time Frame: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Process: Please contact support@nextchoice.com to initiate a return. You will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Terms: If your return is for payment terminal hardware such as a ValorPay, Ingenico, or Dejavoo device, please refer to your Service Agreement with NCA for further refund and return instructions with our partners.
Digital Products (SaaS)
Cancellation and Refunds: Please refer to your Services Agreement or Merchant Services Agreement.
Refunds
Physical Products
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Timing: You can expect to receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
