2. How to Submit a Complaint

If you wish to submit a complaint, you may do so through one of the following methods:

  • Phone: Call our customer service team at 754-702-4335, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

3. Information Required

To process your complaint effectively, please include the following information:

4. Complaint Handling Process

Once a complaint is received, we will:

  • Investigation: The complaint will be thoroughly investigated by the relevant department. We may contact you for additional information to aid in the investigation.

  • Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 business days. In more complex cases, we will keep you informed of the progress and provide an estimated timeline for resolution.

  • Final Response: Once the investigation is complete, we will send you a final response outlining the outcome and any corrective actions taken.

5. Escalation Process

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request an escalation of your complaint by contacting support@nextchoice.com. Your case will be reviewed by a senior member of our team, and a response will be provided within 7 business days.
